The following agreement is between Double 7 Kennels (breeder), hereafter referred to as “Seller”, and _____________________________, hereafter referred to as “Buyer”.
Seller does hereby agree to sell the dog/puppy of the Miniature Dachshund breed:

Health Guarantee:
This guarantee is written for the protection of the puppy, the buyer, and the seller. To the best of the seller’s knowledge, the puppy is in good health and has received all vaccinations and dewormings as appropriate to the age of the puppy. The puppy will receive a vet check accompanied by a health certificate dated no more than 10 days prior to shipping date. The decision to ship a puppy is that of the buyer and the buyer’s responsibility to the puppy begins when the puppy is checked in at the airport.
At the buyer’s discretion, buyer has 24 hours to get an examination from a licensed veterinarian, at the buyer’s expense, after receiving the puppy. Double 7 Kennels will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer for any reason. If puppy is diagnosed with a non-life threatening disease/condition/disability then buyer does not have the option to return the puppy/dog. Non-life threatening diseases/condition/disability includes, but is not limited to, worms, kennel cough, mites, fleas, ticks or coccytia (do to shipping).
If puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening disease/condition/disability, buyer has the option to return the puppy, and will be refunded the first available puppy of equal value. Life-threatening disease/conditions/disabilities include, but are not limited to defect of a major body organ that sustains life, heart, liver, ect. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to return to Double 7 Kennels. Double 7 Kennels is not responsible for any veterinarian fees incurred by the buyer at any time.
The puppy must be returned to the seller within 72 hours after diagnosis of inherited disability. The seller then has the option of acquiring a second opinion through seller’s vet before puppy will be replaced. If second opinion confirms the first opinion, the puppy will be replaced as soon as another puppy of equal value is available. Seller is not responsible for any charges in returning or replacing the puppy. If second opinion does not confirm the first opinion the buyer will receive a letter detailing the reason for denial of replacement.
If the puppy is not seen by a licensed vet within 24 hours of pickup this contract is null and void.
We have made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. Seller guarantees that vaccinations and de-wormings have been given as stated on the vaccination schedule.
Seller makes NO guarantee as to the size, color, or breeding capabilities of this dog/puppy. It is sold strictly as a companion.
Shipping:
Once the Seller has given the puppy to the designated airline the puppy is then considered the Buyers. The Seller is not responsible for any damage or harm that may come from shipping that puppy. It is the Buyers responsibility to pick up the puppy at the agreed upon destination.
